1) Goals
Goal 1: Winning a game of flags: I have achieved my goal of winning flags by using teamwork with my class.
Goal 2: Getting into the top maths group: I have not achieved my goal of getting into the top maths group.
Goal 3: Making my writing neater: I have achieved my goal of making my writing neater by practicing my writing.
2) Highlights
The Highlights of term 3 are doing production, being able to play with my friends, playing flags and learning lots of new stuff at school.
3) My performance in production was…
The performance of production was fun to do. Some people danced not as good as the other people but it was easy to tell that they were trying there hardest.
4) Confidence, Creativity, Time Management and Respect
Respect: I think I have being showing Respect towards class mates, Teachers and everyone else.
Time Managment: I have being using Time Management and getting all my work done for every task I get.
Confidence: I think I have been confident all term about what I do and I am going to keep it that way.
Creativity: All term I think that I have been creative by making up my own stuff and making lots of cool and crazy art.
5) In term 4 I am looking forward to…
In term 4 since I am moving to Tauranga I will be looking forward to going to the beach but also since there has been a boat that has been leaking oil in the sea near the beach, me, my little sister and my mum will be going to the beach to help all of the animals out that are suffering.
Reflection
What: Maths, Reading, Sick, All Blacks Art, Writing, Assembly, Production Practice, Playing on my Laptop, Claymation.
So What: I have learnt algorithm, How to make a claymation and how to make a prezi.
Now What: I want to focus on getting better at Touch Rugby, Writing and my Maths.
Algorithm
Today with Stephen we have been learning algorithm. I am going to make a question and I will show you how I figured it out.
Board Report
WHAT: This week we have been doing a lot of stuff on the Rugby World Cup. The Rugby World Cup is one of the biggest sporting events in the world. The person who created Rugby was actually a kid. He was playing Soccer with his friends when he picked up the ball and started to run. Now for the 2011 Rugby world Cup it is being hosted in New Zealand. I hope that the All Blacks win and good luck New Zealand.
NOW WHAT: I have learnt how the game of Rugby started. It started by a kid who was playing Soccer when he picked up the ball and started to run. I have also learnt that there is 15 players on the field and 15 other players on the bench in case someone gets injured in Rugby.
NOW WHAT: I want to focus on trying to watch all of the Rugby games and trying to learn more about what Rugby really is.

Auckland City Skylines
We made Auckland city skylines. They are a piece of art that takes a little while if you didn’t keep focus. They were really cool to make and I think they turned out awesome!!! W.A.L.T: We have been learning to combine drawing, painting, colouring and etching to produce unique mixed-media image of the Auckland Skyline.
My Way To Figure Out Percentages
This is my way to figure out percentages. If the question was 23% of 17. So for the %20 you would divide it by 10 then it would be 1 and you time it by 2. Then for the 3% you would divide it by 100. So it would be .23 and times it by 3. So 23% of 17 is 2.69.
